As Floor Manager, you’ll act as the duty manager on shift, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while consistently delivering outstanding service. You’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager with team development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front-of-house team and manage all aspects of venue operations during your shift
  • Act as duty manager and be the go-to person for team and guest issues
  • Support with recruitment, onboarding, and probation management for servers
  • Create and manage rotas, checklists, and operational compliance
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the floor team to ensure top-tier service delivery
  • Champion a vibrant, inclusive, and guest-focused atmosphere

You:

  • Previous experience managing teams in high-volume, guest-led hospitality or leisure venues
  • Confident in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • A strong floor presence – leading by example and motivating your team
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a passion for people development
  • A natural problem-solver with a calm, positive attitude under pressure
