I’m looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join the team in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a multi-site marketing team and shape the future of the brand across both B2B and B2C audiences.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness. You’ll manage and develop talented marketing professionals across multiple locations, ensuring all our marketing activities comply with industry regulations.
You’ll also take charge of brand, campaigns, content, trade, and channel marketing, supporting new product launches and our market expansion plans both here in the UK and internationally.
The Role:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver results
- Leading, managing, and developing marketing teams across multiple sites
- Ensuring all marketing activities comply with industry regulations
- Supporting product launches and market expansion in the UK and abroad
- Managing relationships with agencies and creative partners
Experience:
- Senior-level marketing experience in a regulated industry such as vaping, healthcare, alcohol, or FMCG
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams
- Expertise in brand, campaign, and content marketing
- Experience working across international markets is a real plus
- Awareness of digital and e-commerce channels
